Issue escalation

 

The issue escalation report shows how many issue has been escalated between different Owners or Owner groups.

  • It has a few different filter options for your convenience.
  • The report is based on days, weeks or years depending on the time axis.
  • Below the graph is a table with information about how many issues that has been created during the time interval, escalated issues in percent and who has escalated.
  • The report is easy to print.

 

Note that an issue is only counted as escalated once even if it has been escalated several times during the time interval.
An issue is not escalated if it is changed from "Unassigned".
