On 31st of August between 02:25 and 05:19 our service was not accessible for our customers. 

 

The reason for this was a database related problem where one of our database grew very fast to a very large size until the disk was full. Even though we have big disks and wide margins to avoid these kind of problems it didn't help in this case since the database grew so much. This also made it time consuming to fix the problem.

 

Once the problem was reported by our monitoring system our staff started to work on it right away and could solve it after a couple of hours work.  

 

We are very sorry and apologize for the disruption, and any inconvenience caused. We will analyze why this problem occurred to see how it can be avoided in the future.
