 2014‑07‑08 ‑ Email ticket system disruption Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

On Tuesday 8th of July there was a service disruption to the email ticketing service.  

 

Some customers weren't affected at all by the disruption, some customers were affected during an hour between 12:15 and  13:21. However, some unfortunate customers were affected much longer, and for them this issue weren't resolved until 17:42 in the afternoon. 

 

This service disruption resulted in emails not being imported properly info VisionProject during the service down time. As soon as the incident was resolved emails were imported as usual again into the system.

 

We are very sorry and apologize for the disruption and any inconvenience caused. We will analyze this incident in detail to find and resolve the root cause, to make sure it doesn't happens again.
