The objective for the OEM Partner Program is to make it clear and easy to team up with Visionera to offer new and innovative solutions to the market. These solutions can be delivered under your own brand name (private/white label). A white label (sometimes called private label) software product is software technology made by one company (such as Visionera) but sold as a different brand by a different company, the white label partner (You). You can easily and quickly add value to the systems, software or services you offer, by bundling it with VisionProject. This will allow you to distinguish your products and services from the competition and maximize your profits.

 Requirements

  • You shall represent the VisionProject brand in a good manner
  • You shall have good knowledge about VisionProject 
  • You shall be able to answer product and sales related questions from the customer
  • You sell at least 50 user licenses (system user accounts) per year
  • You shall handle 1st line support for technical-, product- or sales related issues
  • Minimum of one year contract
  • Each customer that you re-sell the system to needs a dedicated server license or a unique account in the cloud/saas version
  • Each unique user requires a user license/account
  • All changes and improvements will be done quickly by experts at Visionera
  • Acccess to preview/beta servers to review new features before anyone else

 Pricing

 

Depending on what is greater the following prices are used:
  • Either, a minimum amount per license
    • The retail price for the installed server version x 1,5 (due to benefits previously mentioned)
  • Or, a percentage (%) on the MSRP
    • 50% of the retail price of your offering to the end user
  • And, a minimum purchase of 2 VisionProject servers (with at least 50 individual user licenses) during the first year
