Sometimes, you may have a workflow and an issue rule that can trigger off the same status change.
Workflows are project specific, while issue rules are defined on the whole account.
What happens when they may contradict each other?
The workflow is first done (in the client), then the issue rule (on the server).
1. Workflow: Status->"Assigned" => Set owner to "Adam Tester"
2. Issue rule: Status-> "Assigned"=> Set owner to "Bert Administrator", and also set Priority="Low"
The result will be that the issue owner will be set to Bert, and the priority will be Low.
