 How can I make a document visible in the Support Center?  Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

1. The document is located at the first level

If the document is located at the first level (root) in the document view, all you have to do is to check the "Support Center" flag for the document and the document will be visible in the Support Center.

 

2. The document is located in a sub-folder

If the document is located in a sub-folder you have to check the "Support Center"-flag for the folder as well.
