It would be nice if you could create alerts that would send email notifications when the prioirty of an issue is changed to High or Status is changed to a particular value, such as Escalated. |

Hi You can configure the Notifications scheme to send an email when a status is changed. You configure your notifications in 'Settings -> Notifications'. With the Alert / Escalation feature it is also possible to configure VisionProject to change the priority, status and current owner on an issue if the issue hasn't been changed for a specified amount of time or when a due date is getting closer. What you cannot do at this time is to send an email when a priority is changed. I will add it to our list immediately. Thanks for your input!
