On the 29th of February VisionProject was not accessible for between 18:50 and 19:30 for some customers. 


The reason for the disruption was that one application cluster node stopped responding in a proper way. Even though this happened users were not redirected to another node in the server cluster.  


Out maintenance team did not get a system alert for this error, but thanks to some of our customers that reported the problem we could start working on the problem quickly and resolve it soon thereafter.


Disruptions to our service of any kind are very unfortunate and we are very sorry that this have affected our customers and the inconvenience caused!
