Problem with IMAP for Office365: A3 BAD User is authenticated but not connected Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

If you find the error below in the log files for your system, this indicate that you are trying to integrate VisionProject with a "shared mailbox" in Office365.

VisionProject does not support IMAP for with a shared mailboxes in Office365 and there are no current plans to build it.

To solve this, try to use POP3/POP3S instead, or upgrade your shared mailbox to a normal, full license mailbox in Office 365.

NOTE: This can also happen if the licenses for the mailboxes aren't proprely installed.
