 2014‑11‑19 ‑ Service disruption Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

Between 14:05 and 14:19 on Nov 19th there was a disruption to the VisionProject service.  During this time the system was inaccessible. 


Directly when we received alerts that our system was unreachable from the internet by our monitoring system we contacted our network and infrastructure provider (IP-only) to fix the problem. Troubleshooting started directly thereafter by their personnel. Frortunately just after a few minutes the problem resolved itself without any work being done. However, IP-only continued to look into the problem to find the root-cause and to find a permanent fix for the problem.
