Field description - Solution
Solution is a text area where you describe the solution to the problem/incident that the issue represents.
Default name: Solution
Terminology variations: None.
In-Use: Optional. This field can be set to be used in the issue field configuration.
Mandatory: Optional. This field can be set as mandatory, but need not be.
Data type: Text area. This is HTML enabled, allowing you to format your solution text.
Access restrictions: (Default) Created: "No access" for all users. Editing: "Read/Write" for all users except support users, and "Read" for support users.
Affected by these settings:
General > Settings > Issue configurations > Issue rules.
Solution can be used in issue rules, either as a criterion, or being set in the rule action.
The Solution field is used to write down the solution to the problem/bug/incident that the issue represents.
