Field description - Last replied by
The "Last replied by" field represents the user who last replied to/sent an email from the issue.
Default name: Last replied by
Terminology variations: None
In-Use: Optional. This field can be set to be used in the issue field configuration.
Mandatory: Optional. This field can be set as mandatory, but need not be.
Data type: A User, which must be an internal user.
Access restrictions: (Default) "No access" when created (This field is set by the system when someone replies, not when the issue is first created). Editing: "Read" for all users except support users, and "No access" for support users.

The "Last replied by" field is mainly used for email support, to see which internal user last replied to the end user/customer.
