For an additional monthly fee you can also call our support team on +46771105000 (EU) or on 1-800-495-9915 (US).


You normally get through quickly, otherwise we will normally call you back within an hour or less, but 24 hour phone response time is guaranteed.


Phone hours for premium support is between 8 AM and 5 PM during normal Swedish business hours (UTC +1) on weekdays (excluding holidays).


Included in the yearly premium plus support package are 100 tickets, with a maximum of 30 minutes per ticket. Per month this equals a maximum of 8 tickets with a maximum phone time of 30 minutes per ticket.
