 Email gets marked as spam with no apparent reason, why? Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

Even when using the settings in the Spam filter sparingly or not at all some mails can get stuck and marked as spam without apparent reason. 

This is often due to html formatting in the header of the email, so try checking there first and see if all checks out.

For the support staff at VisionFlow to be able to do further investigation of this we need you to send us the eml-files together with additional information about if it's only that mail or several, only one user and so on.
