Between 11:40 and 14:55 on Friday 3rd of March (CET/UTC+1) we had a service disruption in the SMS component. This affected some customers using the Cloud/SAAS version of VisionFlow.


The cause of this problem was due to a temporary disruption in a 3rd party service component that is used for sending SMS (Twilio). Once this service worked properly, it was possible to send SMS again for all customers.
