On the 21th of October VisionProject was periodically and partially inaccessible between between 15:45 and 15:55 for some customers. 


The reason for the disruption was that one application cluster node stopped responding to some requests since it was under heavy load. Even though some users were redirected to another server node in the cluster it meant that they were temporarily logged out from the system and needed to log in again.  



Disruptions to our service of any kind are very unfortunate and we are very sorry that this have affected our customers and the inconvenience caused!
