Due to heavy load on one of our servers VisionFlow was periodically and partially unavailable between 15:00 and 15:45 (CET/UTC+1) for some of our customers.

 

The reason for the problem was that multiple calls caused overload in one of our servers and therefore some of the users on that server had problems to login or use our system fully. We will take measures to prevent this from happening again.

 

We apologize to the customers that was affected for the inconvenience this has caused!
