Due to problems with the main internet connection at our service provider's infrastructure VisionFlow was temporarily unavailable between 14:11 and 14:20 (CET/UTC+1). 

 

The reason for the problem was that a configuration error caused capacity over-utilization which caused disturbances on multiple services at our internet service provider. They have since taken measures to make sure this will not happen again.

 

Disruptions to our service are very unfortunate and we are very sorry that this have affected our customers and the inconvenience caused!
