What controls which issue fields the support user can see in the support center?

The columns of issue fields (Issue key, Title, Status etc.. in the screenshot) that are shown in the issues page for support users in the support center are taken from the column " Issues" in the issue field configuration.


Note: This is set the first time a support user logs in, and is set for that user afterward. This means that you should finish configuring what fields the support users can see before adding a lot of support users, because you currently cannot change the fields shown for support users afterward.
