Due to network problems VisionProject was unavailable between 15:15 and 19:20 (CET/UTC+1). Some customers were also affected between 20:20 and 21:50 (CET/UTC+1)

 

The reason for the problems were that our infrastructure provider encountered some routing problems in their network. Exactly what caused this problem is currently unknown until we get a complete incident report. 

 

Disruptions to our service of any kind are very unfortunate and we are very sorry that this have affected our customers and the inconvenience caused!
