You can do this by:
- Open the general section called Services/Products/Assets/CMDB
- Create a tree node in the called "Sites" or "Office locations" or such. You do this by right clicking on the top node.
- Below the leaf called "Sites" (or "Office locations") you add sub nodes with your locations. You do this by right clicking on the top nod
- Create a new custom ticket/issue field of type "Configuration item", see more here how to do this...
- Name the ticket/issue field in 4.) "Site" or "Office location"
- Then you point the new issue field to that tree node in the "Services" tree (CMDB), you do do this by changing the settings in the field
- Add the new issue/ticket field to the ticket/issue field configuration that is used for your workspace/project
