 How do I add a KB link in the General section in top left? Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

You have to create a new "General link" that points to the specific Knowledge Base you want to link to.

 

This is done in General > Settings > General > General links.

 

You can read more about it in the article about General links , in the bottom of the article.

 

Remember, the Knowledge base still belongs to a specific project, and this affects who are able to access the KB.
