On 9th of June between 02:24 and 06:25 our service was not accessible for some customers. 

 

The reason for this was a database problem that made it impossible for the database to grow, which in turn resulted in error messages when customers tried to create issues/tickets or other data into the system.

 

This only affected data entry, so all data was still readable during the whole time. Once the problem was reported by an affected customer our staff started to work on it and could solve it after a couple of hours work.  

 

We are sorry and apologize for the disruption, and any inconvenience caused. We will analyze why this problem occurred, especially why a normal preemptive alert didn't go out to our support staff. We will also look into our routines to make sure that this doesn't happen again
