Yes, you can do this by just adding "Reply" first in the subject line. You don't have to change the email address, just write the response you like in the email.
When the email is received and processed by VisionProject it will be relayed to the customer/sender of the original email. The actual text "Reply" will naturally be removed.
You receice an email into Outlook that looks like this:
Subject: [SUPPORT-123 - Invoice question] New incoming email received (TicketId: #111107280)
can I just ask a question about my invoice........ .....
Then you just click reply and write like this (notice Subject: Reply below):
Subject: Reply Re: [SUPPORT-123 - Invoice question] New incoming email received (TicketId: #111107280)
