The hosted cloud version 11.1 of VisionProject was released on June 1st, 2015.
During October 2014 we started with continuous delivery of features and improvements in the cloud/SAAS version of VisionProject. The majority of the functionality below was released between March and June for our cloud/SAAS customers into the live environment without any downtime.
User and company management
+ Add new field "Manager" to users that represents the user's manager/boss/superior.
+ Added PUL checkbox for Swedish customers, to ensure the users are compliant with the swedish law called PUL.
Issue / case management
+ Added help text option for each field in the issue field configuration.
+ Issues can now be color coded in the issues list
+ Added new issue field "Issue escalation level", that can be used in issue rules and in SLA escalations.
+ Information texts can now be added as an issue field that does not contain any data, just shows the specified information text in the issue page.
+ Issue source: A new source "Walk in" added, all sources now avaiable when creating issue.
+ New issue field "Urgency" added.
+ The Search subscription email should now use the same columns and grouping/sorting as in the search page
Settings / configuration
+ Custom issue fields page now also show which issue field configurations a custom field is used in
+ New permission added to be able to merge issues.
+ New permission to add screenshots to issues.
Product/Asset/Service Management (CMDB/Configuration Item management)
+ Added a new field "Supported by" on CI's.
+ New option of showing linked CI's as sub nodes in the CMDB tree
+ Improved Import/export of CI's using the new CI id's.
+ Can search on the new CI ids.
+ CI's should now be ordered alphabetically in the tree.
+ You can now double click to open a contract.
