On May 6th between 11:29 and 17:02 our email ticket system service was down due to a disruption in our server infrastructure which affected some of our customers. 

 

The reason for this was that a routine automatic system upgrade failed and affected our email servers in an unpredictable way. 

 

We are sorry and apologize for the disruption, and any inconvenience caused. We will analyze why this problem occurred and change our routines so that this doesn't happen again.
