On 24th of March between 07:01 and 07:58 our service was down due a server disruption which affected many of our customers unfortunately

 

The reason for this was that our database transaction log grew fast to an abnormal size so one of of the disks on the server got full and the system stopped responding. 

 

Out monitoring system alerted directly when this problem happened and personnel started working on it right away, and could then resolve it quickly thereafter

 

Please note that we data integrity has not been affected by this disruption and all our customers data is secure as always.
