On 26th of January between 12:35 and 12:50 a few of our customers were affected by a server disruption and could not log into the system. 

 

The reason for this was that one of the application nodes in our cluster hanged after an automatic routine maintenance patch and did not allow for any new connections or log-ins. 

 

The system alerted when this happened and the problem was resolved by restarting the node in the cluster.

 

We are sorry and apologize for the disruptions, we are thankful for your patience.
