 How do I get or set custom fields on issues Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

To set or get custom field data on issues use the getCompanyCustomFieldXX methods where XX represents the index of the field you want to get or set. 

 

The index of the field you can find in the General --> Settings --> Issue Configuration --> Issue fields  by clicking on the Question mark (?) icon for the field you want, such as Index: 1
