Between 06:27 and 07:15 on May 5th there was a disruption to VisionProject service. 

 

This disruption affected just a few customers in the beginning, and then around 7:00 AM more and more customers were affected until the problem could finally be resolved at 07:15 and the system worked as normal again.  The problem resulted in a "Gateway time-out" problem and some of the calls to the servers didn't go through, some functions could not be executed and some views could not be loaded properly. 

 

We are sorry and apologize to the affected customers for the disruption. We are now analyzing the problem in detail to fix the root cause and make sure it doesn't happen again.
