 Why can´t I see the reply to correspondent link/icon on my issues? Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

For the link/icon to be visible make sure that:

 

  • The email ticket system is configured correctly on your project
  • The TicketID field is available on the issue field configuration used for your project
  • Your user group has the role permission 'Reply to correspondent' checked in the section 'Ticket system' of the Role permissions page.
