 Main changes in version 10.0 Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

The hosted cloud version 10 of VisionProject was released on February 8th 2014

As usual the new version includes many new features and improvements requested by our customers.

 

The most important improvements are highlighted below.

 

Knowledge Base Images/Icons/star_yellow.gif Dashboard

+ Added filters to the recent activity portlet, making it easier to find things that happened during last week

Knowledge Base Images/Icons/star_yellow.gif Issue / case management

+ Data can now be imported in Excel/XLS format in addition to the old csv format making it easier to work with data

+ Exported data can be imported again to update issues/cases


Knowledge Base Images/Icons/star_yellow.gif Contract / agreement management

 

+ Make it easy to send password to support users. You can now do this directly when creating the user or changing the password

+ Contract data can now be exported

+ Data can be imported in in Excel/XLS format as well as csv format

+ Exported data can be imported again to update existing contracts/agreements

+ Improved performance, contract tab open and load quicker

Knowledge Base Images/Icons/star_yellow.gif User / contact management

+ Data can now be imported in Excel/XLS format in addition to the old csv format making it easier to work with data

+ Exported data can be imported again to update users and contact persons

+ Improved performance, user tab open and loads quicker

+ It is possible to send email to support users directly when manually creating them or when changing a password

+ Data can now be imported in Excel/XLS format in addition to the old csv format making it easier to work with data

+ Exported data can be imported again to update company data

+ Improved performance, company tab open and load quicker

Knowledge Base Images/Icons/star_yellow.gif Support / issue chat

+ More information is visible in the chat list, such as reporter company, SLA and description

+ Make it easier to activate the support chat, you now only need to add the following two lines to activate it in your support center:

+ Access problems in unified support center when navigating to a support center to which access is blocked

+ Newly added ideas were not visible in the right sort order

+ Google map link doesn't open if clicked when opening a company in new tab
