Between 19:45 and 20:12 on Tuesday 14th of January (CET/UTC+1) we had a service disruption and VisionProject was unreachable during this time for all our customers. 

 

The reason for this disruption was that our service provider (IP-only) had a disruption to a number if services in their network. This in turn was due to a broadcast storm in their ETH-backbone, which filled the network with traffic and affected performance for us and all other customers.  The disruption was short since they could identify the problem quickly and disable one of their network interfaces temporary. After a couple of days the problem was resolved permanently together with the hardware vendor that had delivered the equipment that failed.
