 2013‑11‑11 ‑ One application node is not responding Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

One node in our application cluster failed to load during a routine restart on November 11th at 08:54 (CET/UTC+1). The problem was due to aconfiguration file that had been corrupt for some reason and therefore failed to load.

 

All customers using that server node were redirected to another node within minutes after we received an alert about this from our monitoring system. Fortunately this service disruption was short and did not affect many customers, even so, we are really sorry for this and are now investigating more thoroughly how this problem could have happened.
