This page which contains a lot of information related to your project phase / sprint 

Note: We use the 'Sprint' terminology, but you might change it to 'Phase/milestone/iteration' or something else. (Account settings- Other configurations - Terminology)

 

 

This page contains a lot of information regarding the project phase / sprint. It also has a section where you can edit the core phase / sprint information.

Knowledge Base Images/Icons/number_1_blue.gif Basic phase / sprint info. Click on the 'Edit' button to edit the basic info.

  • Phase / sprint number/name - The name or number of the phase / sprint.
  • Start date -The beginning of the phase / sprint 
  • Release date -The end of the phase / sprint 
  • Closed -A closed phase / sprint is completed, and cannot be chosen for new issues.
  • Description - Text describing what the phase / sprint is about.

  • Summary - A short summary showing total number of issues and number of completed issues.
  • Time/Cost summary - A summary showing the phase's / sprint's total time, billable time, costable time, billing amount and cost amount.
  • Issues by status (All) - Shows the number of issues per status, including completed ones.
  • Issues by severity (Opened) - Shows the number of issues for each severity in the phase / sprint . Only open/active issues.
  • Issues by type (Opened) - Shows the number of issues for each issue type in the phase / sprint . Only open/active issues.
  • Number of open issues per user - Shows the number of issues for each user (that has issues) in the phase / sprint . Only open/active issues.
  • Estimated hours per user - Shows the estimated hours for each user (that has estimated time on his/her issues) in the phase / sprint .
  • Worked hours per user - Shows the worked hours reported for each user (that has worked time on his/her issues) in the phase / sprint .

 

 

Knowledge Base Images/Icons/number_3_blue.gif Progress information. Every column shows the rows Planned, Current progress (in %), and Remaining.

  • Resource availability - This is the amount of time available for work on the phase / sprint 
    • Planned: Total number of available hours for all users working on the phase / sprint, for all weeks in the version.
    • Progress: Percent of available hours that has passed in the phase / sprint.
    • Remaining: Number of available hours on whats left of the phase / sprint, starting from now to the end of the phase / sprint.
  • Estimated time - Number of hours set as estimated time on issues.
    • Planned: Sum of Estimated hours for all issues in the phase / sprint.
    • Progress: Percent of actual time done. This should correspond to (estimated time - remaining time)/estimated time.
    • Remaining: Sum of Remaining hours for all issues in the phase / sprint. 
  • Issues - This is the number of issues in the phase / sprint.
    • Planned: Total number of issues in the phase / sprint.
    • Progress: Percentage of issues that are done/completed.
    • Remaining: Number of issues that still are open/not completed.
  • Calendar - This is the number of days assigned to the phase / sprint from start date to due date.
    • Planned: Shows the span between start date and due date.
    • Progress: Percentage of time into the phase / sprint at this date.
    • Remaining: Days left in the phase / sprint.
