How do I pause the time in a SLA?

 

You pause the time calculation towards a issues's SLA target by setting the issue in a status that is configured to be a pause status.

 

This confguration is done in the SLA target configuration pane, see below. There you select which statuses that shall be Pause status or Stop status.
