 I want to only use date on my Start/Due date, not date + time Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

You can now set these date fields to only show dates for start/due times.

 

 

Go to the issue field configuration. (General > Settings > Issue configuration > Issue field) and select the issue field configuration that corresponds to the project you use.

 

Go to the start date and/or Due date. There is a green edit icon next to the name. Clicking this opens a setting dialog where you can check to only use dates if you like. Remember to save the whole configuration, not just closing the dialog!

You should now only see dates on these fields in that project.

 

Note: Issues of a type that has the flag "Meeting" will still use date + time, as it is needed for that issue type.
