By using the iCal-icon on the calendar you can subscribe to events and make them show up in your favourite Calendar software, such as Outlook or Google Calendar as well as in your mobile phone.

You configure calendar subscriptions differently depending on what software you use, see below:

  • Outlook
    1. Right click on the iCal icon next to the calendar that you want to subscribe to in VisionProject, choose copy URL/link
    2. In outlook go to "Tools" --> "Account settings" in the menu
    3. Chose tab "Internet calendars"
    4. Click "new"
    5. Paste the URL/link above into the field and click save
    6. Go to the Calendar function/section in Outlook and you will find your new VisionProject calendar
    7. You can hide/show the calendars by checking them in the "Other calendars" section on the left
    8. You can also see your calendars as one, in a unified "overlay" view, or view them side by side.
