 I get an error message when click logon: "Error: No matching user found! Try again!", what does this mean? Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

The reason for why this message is showing up directly when you go to the login page, is that your user has changed username or password compared with the data stored in a cookie. Another reason might be that the user has been removed alltogether. 

To solve this problem enter the correct username and password, select the "login automatically" checkbox and click login. The next time you go to the stat page for VisionProject you will be logged in automatically once more.
