In the file jobs_installed.xml there is a "MailChecker"-job configured as follows:

<job>
<job-detail>
<name>MailChecker</name>
<group>MailCheckerJobs</group>
<job-class>se.visionera.visionproject.jobscheduler.MailCheckerJob</job-class>
<volatility>false</volatility>
<durability>false</durability>
<recover>false</recover>
</job-detail>
<trigger>
<cron>
<name>Trigger2</name>
<group>MailCheckerJobs</group>
<job-name>MailChecker</job-name>
<job-group>MailCheckerJobs</job-group>
<cron-expression>0 0/5 * * * ?</cron-expression>
</cron>
</trigger>
</job>

This standard setup results in the mail checker job being run every 5 minutes.

Change the row: <cron-expression>0 0/5 * * * ?</cron-expression> to change the time interval

A few examples:

Every minute
<cron-expression>0 0/1 * * * ?</cron-expression>

Every 30 seconds
<cron-expression>0/30 * * * * ?</cron-expression>

(You can read more about cron expressions here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cron )

After the change a restart of Tomcat is needed.
