VisionProject was unavailable from 10:55 to 11:35  (CET/UTC+2) on 18th of August.

The reason for the downtime was due to connection problems from our ISP's network switch to our own server environment. After quick diagnostics on-site we could identify that the cause of the problem was not in our environment but instead on the ISP's side. After the technicians were notified they could fix the problem within a couple of minutes, after that our servers were once again available to our customers. The total downtime was 45 minutes.

Of course, this should not happen and we strive to keep VisionProject up and running all the time. Even with this downtime we haven't breached our guarantee of 99.9% uptime for the last year. But still, we are NOT happy when our customers are unable to use the services that we provide.

So, what will we do to minimize the risk that this kind of problem happens again? We will work together with out ISP to make sure they take the necessary precautions to avoid any similar problems in the future.

We apologize for the outage and we are very sorry for this.  If you have any questions related to this incident please contact me at sales@VisionProject.se or by phone on +46 771 105000.

Best Regards,

Jonas Fagerström, Visionera AB
