 Installed server version ‑ what happens if we don´t pay the yearly upgrade/support fee? Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

To get all upgrades, major and minor, for the installed server version you will need to pay the yearly upgrade and support fee.

 

Please note that

  • If you stop paying this fee, you will not get any upgrades and you will not receive any technical support
  • We don't support older versions of VisionProject, more than 2 versions back.
  • All premium support packages, requires that you have paid your yearly upgrade/support fee
  • If you want support and upgrades again after pausing the service for a couple of years, you will need to pay for the upgrades in arrears or pay for a new system.
