 Support chat in page (no pop‑up).  Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

 

When support chat is enabled on the project the icon for support chat will be shown on the support page.

 

In the design of the support center content add the following lines:

 

 

#if($supportChatEnabled)   

     #parse("ChatContent.vm")

#end

 

#parse("ChatScripts.vm")

 

This will show default icon for support chat that the users can click on to open a support chat. 

 

 

If you want to change the icon and look and feel you could do this easily by moving the content of some of the code above directly to your support center page, for example:
