 Can I prevent issues with a certain status/issue type from being shown in issue lists?  Export knowledge base Export     SubscribeSubscribe      Show article info

You can configure what issues is to be shown in the different filters/views.  Select "Search", and click on the appropriate filter under "Saved searches/filters" (for example, "inactive issues").

 

This will show you the parameters of the filter. Adjust as needed by selecting new criteria or remove existing ones (like choosing a status to include/exclude), and then save the filter.

 

Note that only the administrator or the creator of the filter is able to modify it.
