Required contact persons/key roles in your organisation which are needed for the VisionFlow team
We are happy to have you as a customer and to be able to help you and your organisation the best way, you are required to have a few key roles in place. This helps us to ensure that we know who within your organisation has the knowledge in the different areas so that we together can ensure that VisionProject performs at its best the way your organisation needs it to.

For all customers (hosted and installed)
1. Expert User
One or several users who work in the system on regular basis.
2. Contract Manager
We recommend two persons from your company act as our main contacts as well as Contract Manager. The Contract Manager is responsible for invoices/payments and contracts.
3. Service Owner
We recommend two persons from your company act as our main contacts as well as Service Owner. The Service Owner is responsible for and have the knowledge of the configuration of your own system/account. They will know the system well enough to be able to communicate with the VisionFlow support.

Only for installed customers
If you are running an installed/on-premise version on your own servers you also need to have the following role:
4. Operations Technician
This is a person who is a system engineer and has experience in administering and maintaining technical advanced systems. The operations technician is the person who is in charge of the servers, network, installations/ upgrades and who will be able to troubleshoot, investigate and analyse problems, such as Network-related issues, performance or connection to servers etc.
He/she needs to have a basic knowledge of how VisionFlow works to be able to test basic functionality and make sure the system runs smoothly after upgrades etc.
